When posting a technical question related to computer problems, it's very helpful to include your detailed computer specifications in your post.

Please include information such as:

cpu, memory, video card, etc. If you don't know how to obtain that info, install this simple tool:

Additionally, an easy solution for those that don't want to install custom software to scan their computers is as follows:

dxdiag.exe has existed since Windows 98. It is a quick solution that is as simple as either going to Start or Start > Run, then typing in dxdiag.exe. After opening it, DirectX is diagnosed for problems and the rest of the system is scanned for hardware/drivers. There is a "Save Button" at the bottom which simply saves all the systems hardware/drivers in a text file, easily post-able along with your system specs.
