This meeting will be for eG's and eGO's only, we will cover some VERY important topics such as....
1) Recruiting
2) Server management
3) How to fill an empty server
4) Future plans for admin school
5) Addressing problems between divisions
6) Forum activity (staying informed on everything eGO)
7) Chain of command issues
8) Promotions and how they are considered
9) Accountability for your actions while admining
10) How to deal with =(e)='s (my favorite topic)
There will be a question and answer session afterwards but you are not required to stay for that. This is a mandatory meeting for all admins, if you cannot attend in person there will be a recording provided for you to review. Everyone will need to sign off on this in the forums that they either attended the meeting or listened to the recording. This meeting is intended to get everyone on the same page in how we do certain things. I promise everyone that we will not get off track nor waste any of your time, this meeting will be serious and I hope everyone treats it as such.
PS: ALL divisions are welcome to come.
