okay its called Source Dedicated Server use it!
if u have a router forward your ports and use ipconfig in cmdprompt to find real ip

Please... more info please. What kind of server are you trying to start? How many players? What computer will it be hosted on? Where is the server going to be located? s it a dedicated server? Will you be running linux or windows? Who is the isp? What's your max upload limit?
