The ultra is nothing more than a overclocked GTX but it has better cooling,the 2900 series has been disappointing according to reviews and benchmarks.

Go for a GTS or a GTX.

Nvidia GeForce 8800 GTX SLI Ready... This is the one i am using and i think this is one of the best graphics card i have ever bought... trust me... i have used a lot of different cards.

Ive got the x1800xt and it runs like a dream. if i were you i would definitely go nvidia. they seem to have better reviews. also check newegg for prices and ratings

I've got an 8800GTX by nVidia too it's one phat videocard, the smoothness of the graphics is best!

I've got an 8800 GTS. Make sure you have a BIG power supply for the 8800 GTX. I like the BFG cards. PNY is not bad either.
