Anyone ever watch American Dad? If you have you may recall an episode where Stan's dad keeps cooking herbs in his eye socket behind his eye patch.

I propose that the Demoman keeps a little c4 in there to remind him of when they let him have demopacks.

I think the Demoman secretly wears it to hinder his abilities. Then, when he really needs it, he takes the eyepatch off and that's when the crit stickies start flyin'.
