Constantly Dumping Condump?

I swear, before the last time I reinstalled Windows, I had TF2 set up where it was constantly dumping the condump to a text file, and it just added each session to the end of the previous log.

But for the life of me, I can't figure out how I did it?

Anyone heard of this?
