Hey guys I just wanted to know which of these should I get for my old PC: G5, G9, Lachesis or...? On my new PC I got 2 just in case: an MX Revolution and a G5. But I use my old PC too so I need a new mouse. Right now I'm using a sh*tty 800DPI MS Industrial mouse. Any help?

Get the Lachesis. <3 Razer. =)

Or, the new Razer Mamba.. it looks pretty sweet.

I dont actually have a decent gaming mouse but I have to say im strongly attracted to the Razer brand. Lachesis looks very nice.

Deathadder, been using it since feburary 2008, and it has not let up yet. It works well, and its cheaper than most mouses.

Lachesis is also nice, a little more money though. Your choice.

Well it really what you are used too. Flat mouse = Razor (I have one)
Bigger mouse = G5 (This is also a very great mouse, it's also in the G[Gaming] series which is awesome)

So it's all up to you, go to a store and check them out first :D

Razer deathadder or Razer Lachesis are a good bet, ive been using the Deathadder for almost 2 1/2 months now and it works incredibly well.

I love my G5, it has weights which are SURPRISINGLY helpful, you can make it feel way heavy, or as light as an empty cd case. PLUS it has awesome buttons to adjust your dpi on the fly. I have the blue one with reptile like skin and it feels amazing!!! My hand sometimes gets sweaty but the mouse keeps a great grip. The G5 is 49.99 from newegg, thats where i got it 4 months ago and I havent had a SINGLE problem. My friend has the MX518 and it is ALMOST like the G5 except for the weights and the sandpaper grip. If this mouse broke, I would TOTALLY buy another without even thinking about it. OH YEAH the cable on the G5 is like a rope, so it NEVER gets tangled and is EXTREMELY durable!! The cord is pretty long too. Its longer than average mice cords. HOPE THAT HELPED!!!

it all really comes down to how much ur really willin to spend.

^my current mouse (had it for lil over a year now)

all i gotta say is dont get anything microsoft based. most of us already use their operating system, which costs over $100. go for a company that has a reputation for the mice. logitech & razer def comes to mind.

Purchase the lightest mouse possible. You only need two buttons. The $20 microsoft mouse is what i use.

I've been checking out the new Razer Mamba and the Razer Lachesis. I mean, Razer Mamba - 5600DPI ftw! I'll pick up one of those 2.
