eGO - Why its so awesome

eGO is the only community i can say i am 13 and not even one soul will laugh or taunt that fact. Everyone are friendly, and there is always a person in a server, ready to play and have fun. Never again do i feel alone, with such great friends online. With my parents and relatives perishing, i am left to only my brother's company. I have been looking for people who are mature and friendly enough to help each other out. Basically, eGO is my second home.

Thank you, epic admins, for founding this great community. I hope it will last for ever and ever, through all crisis and everything in the path.

One of the things that brought me to eGO was the fact that younger players don't get ridiculed endlessly every time they use mic or make a mistake. My son, Dunkthoro, plays almost more than I do and does pretty well for 9, going on 10, and I'm thankful that the eGO servers give him a great place to play.

Admins and people like me try to keep it that way Mr. Bildo, and im looking forward to an administering career in order to keep immature players from coming into our great servers.
If anyone has a story like Mr. Bildo, and you would like to share it, this thread is the right place to post. I would like to hear more stories of how eGO changed your gaming experience, for the good, or for the bad (probably not bad ). If you are looking into changing something in the eGO community, start small in this thread can get you places. I am already in contact with the division leader(s) of the DoD:S branch, and im sure from there everything can go on.

Broccoli, those comments are not so welcome imo. I am not a fan of sarcasm, nor do i think JohnT or anyone else is. Nightmare, you are right about the community part. But again, not a fan of sarcasm. Lets not teach younger people (like me and Mr. Bildo's young ones) sarcasm. I am hurt by sarcasm, and block anyone who uses it.

I think eGO is awesome because it's well organized, there's great servers to play on, people use their mics to STATEGIZE, and every single member I've met has treated me with kindness and the respect I deserve. That's why it's awesome.
