To me, any keyboard that is like this is hideous. I have yet to see a gaming keyboard that fits my taste. $80 for an ugly keyboard? No way.

The problem I have with that type of keyboard is that they have too big of a footprint. I like how on the lycosa you can assign any key to a macro, eliminating the need for the extra keys on the side that add to the keyboard width.

yeah i know its expensive, but you get what you pay for. i mean, cmon, COLOR lcd screen. on your keyboard! lol really useful in game actually.

LoL I think I have one of those dinosaurs laying up in my attic somewhere. The ironic part is some people will pay good money for those old IBM keyboards. A lot of people are nuts about the old buckling spring switches that IBM used to use....

Had a Saitek Eclipse keyboard and ever since I switched to a Logitech S520 (regular slim wireless keyboard) I have wondered why I even bothered buying a "gaming" keyboard. The Saitek's buttons were harder to push down compared to the Logitech and looks hideous, IMO.

So if I were you I would just buy a keyboard that fits your needs. Let me add that I paid around $70 for the Eclipse which was bought years ago and I bought the Logitech for $40 and it came with a mouse!

I concur. I have a Logitech S510 and it games just as good as the uber expensive boards. Plus with mine i can lay on the bed and watch a movie.

Right now i have an eclipse (the first series) and I have yet to have problems with it, minus the keys wearing out from my extreme gaming. Yeah, i cant see the w,a,s,d,e,f,c,v,left shift,right ctrl, and starting buttons 2 and 3 lol. I want to get the G-15 sometime, but I cant see paying that much for a keyboard.
