help.. i gots a problem

so i saw there was an update.. it downloaded and i went on to play.. but when i try to connect to a server it comes up with this in console

Connecting to 72.233.123.3:27015...
Invalid Steam key size.

is there a way to refresh my account or something.... it wont let me play D:
HELP!!

Have you tried logging out of your account completely, then logging back in?

yea... i dont keep my password saved.. i exit out of my account every time i exit steam.
i hope it doesnt have anything to do with the update.. or my comp being outdated already.. that would suck.. that happened to me already

Its an error by steam's part, wait and you will be rewarded with it being fixed

yeah steam messed up and on the last update replaced everyone's steam id's with a 1 at the beginning instead of a 0. So just wait for them to fix it, nothing you can do.
