Aiming..need improvement?

Alright since I posted a thread bout how to bhop now lemme move onto Aiming...

Aiming: ways to improve!

1. Don't spray (unless you are at point blank or just wanna have fun :D). If you want a more accurate spray just play around with the guns in a empty server by spraying at walls and seeing the spray pattern
2. Practice on deathmatch maps or download Muscle Memory Maps for good reflexes and yada yada yada

3. If you want help with fixing ure mouse sensitivity then..just pm me because i cant find videos and its REALLY hard to explain without a person being there
4. Get to know what shooting patterns you want (For ex: ak47- burst two bullets or tap for one bullet etc....)


Anyone with other advice feel free to post...I forgot most of my tips lol so yea...
 
I just try to burst fire with all the guns...and while firing i crouch down too! i think it helps me! and another way that can also help u get hits more is making ure crosshair the smallest possible...to do that just go into ure console and type in Cl_crosshairscale 99999 that will make it hella small and it will help you..why?? cause u'll be able to pinpoint where every shot will go!

It's the best one I've ever seen and has something about everything. And if you look through the archives I posted a giant thing on spraying a few weeks ago. Anyway though, spraying is very important. Any good player sprays at certain times. The bottom line is that you have to learn to control your spray. If you don't, then stick to burst until you learn...if you don't learn...you don't get better. So if you want to get better, learn to control your spray.

Note: Try to pay attention to the sound so you can hear them spraying without letting off in some of the scenes.

Or.. You could get addicted to the game, realize what every weapon does and the recoil you get from them and then incorporate that into the game.

If you watch people using that weapon, you can learn how they use it and how they counter the bullet paths.
 
Yeah, learning to control your recoil is crucial for spraying. The hard part is incorporating it into your play. These guys make it look easy though, thats for sure.
 
Yeah, i might have gotten pretty carried away there...but Synced 2 and Surreal 3 are my favorites <3! I just wanted to give them justice. <3 *frantic ducks head in shame* <3

On a side note though, ZantheMan, i know exactly what you are talking about! That video is perfect for this, i hope you can find it.
