Anyone know any good firewall?

My computer apparently has no firewall. Which is more surprising then worrying because I was sure I installed one when I got the computer. So now I'm looking for one. Anyone know any good ones?

if you're passing through a router to access the Internet, you have a firewall, and even some modems have them now! if you're not happy with those though, i'd suggest ESET's SmarSuite, it's quite possibly the best firewall/antivirus/antispyware out there, but it's not free, though it's well-worth its price!

I use comodo. It is a great free program. There are a lot of pop ups asking to allow or deny but once you sent your programs up you will have nothing to worry about. This firewall goes into extensive items so you may sometimes freak out when being asked to allow a program a global hook or what not. You can google each thing to learn what is it your firewall program is asking you for. So far I have not had any troubles at all using the program and I do recommend it to anyone. I carry the installation with me along with all my other IT programs on my USB in case I need it.

I have Kaspersky firewall, but disabled it, because out of the 6 months I've been running it, there hasn't been any firewall-related threats, and it's extremely annoying.

Don't forget to use Threatfire along with your A/V. Gets the rest of the stuff most A/V's miss. PCTools offer a free one but Comodo is a pretty good FW. I currently use a Symantec Endpoint Protection. It is by far the best I have used to date.

I would recommend Zone Alarm, it blocks almost every port you need it to well keeping your gaming ports and voip ports (ventrillo, teamspeak etc) open. Want is also great about it is that you can manually restrict or allow ports to whatever application you are running. This is what I use and it has kept me very protected so far. +1 on zone alarm. It's the best free stand alone firewall imo.

I use windows defender. Works ok. I recomend a paid program
