Getting stuff from Newegg

hey just a word out to the people who are skeptical about eGO's buddy in the eGOMALL: Newegg

honestly Newegg is almost like a best buy site, where the site allows comments from customers to be viewed by online shoppers, which helps a lot for people that wish to inspect a product before they actually do the purchase(found a sweet pair of earphones that goes around the neck and allows the mp3 player to hang around the neck)

addition to that, newegg also sells a variety of things like an iPod stereo that i bought only for $45 (tax not included)

Take this word from L0ck: Check out this site, and you will not be disappointed:)
 
awesome feedback Lock!! ya ive done plenty of shopping w/ them in the past. i believe im gonna have to replace my rear 120mm fan & am prob gonna get a scythe 120mm "slipstream" fan (which an eGO member has suggested) & i recently did research on it. so most likely ill upgrade to it ($9 cant beat that, esp when its sends air out the back like craziness)!!
 
Certified Electronics Technician here and I live there. If I do forget something, I will reluctantly by it a Frys. I just finished another build for a client tonight. Got him 13774 on 3DMark06 on an AMD 9950BE platform. WOOT!!
 
I'll be building a new computer at some point this year, will be buying everything from newegg. I've never bought anything from there before, but know of many who have - their reputation is amazing.
 
Newegg has great deals and customer feedback that always helps me make a better informed purchase.
 
Ty for saying this, i was a bit nitpicked about this site. I thought it was a scamzor
 
I've bought my last 3-4 builds from newegg dating back to 10 years ago (or so it seems that long ago)... No qualms with the company at all, quick to rma with issues and some equipment companies crawl the site looking for tech support issues.
 
The site is excellent if you live in the united states, but it is absolutely terrible if you live in canada and use newegg.ca.

Honestly, 45dollars for shipping and handling? I wanted to buy a USB drive for 15 bucks and it would have came to 40 dollars after all of their charges. After putting all my computer parts into the shopping cart I wanted to see what the charges would be. A 1100 dollar computer(tax included) came to 1340 dollars.

Went to NCIX, pricematched with newegg (because they do have really good prices) and I built the entire thing for 200 dollars less.

It's an awesome site.....if you live in the U.S
 
Newegg is great.. been using them for all my computer parts for the last 7-8 years.
Never had a single problem with any purchases.
It's my first stop when looking for computer parts.

QFT, it's way to expensive to ship to Canada. If you live in the cold north, just buy things off sites like Tiger Direct or MegaComputers.

Tiger Direct has free shipping if the purchase is over a certain weight.
 
Every electronic gadget I own came from newegg. All computer parts and software as well, I once ordered an extra copy of windows xp by accident and they allowed me to return it even though the package had already been opened. Those folks will always have my business in the future because of that.
