Firstly, lets assume that valve isn't cloacking the spy update as scout one.
I have heard some theories about double-shot shotgun and saying that it is showed on scout update page in "Bonk" energy drink page .
But lets think about it while looking at the new achievements:
every update valve makes a lot of new achievements and 3 of them are always didicated to new unlockable weapons (Attention Getter (for flare gun) and 2 very close to that - Hot on Your Heels (easiest with backburner) and Clearcutter(easiest with axetinguisher)for pyro, Konspicuous Konsumption (for sandvich), Borscht Belt (for KGB) and Don't Touch Sandvich (for Natasha) for heavy) with only exception of earliest medic (a.k.a. Goldrush) update, we can assume that Valve just didn't think about the idea of achievements for unlockables (and btw, I think those achievements of medic were great because of the their difficulty and the fact you had to get all achievements for the Ubersaw (was changed later to 22 or something achievements for it)).
Now lets examin the scout achievements: Retire the Runner achievement has the icon of empty can, witch is a clear hint for energy drink unlockable, also Artful Dodger can hint at it too. Beanball, Moon Shot, Brushback and The Big Hurt can mean the Sandman unlockable.
Now there must be an achievement for the 3rd unlockbale, doesnt it?
We can't see anything resembling a double-shot shotgun, but we can see something calles Fall Classic, which can be the achievement for the 3rd unlockable, Judging by the icon, witch means some kind of saw (possible long-range) can be his unlock.
But, I have one more theory about the 3rd unlcoable. Look at the Set the Table and Side Retired icons. They don't look like CP's. Are those mines?
