Jail Server issue possibly?

Uhm on the jail server it no longer shows who is throwing the grenades on your team in chat and also it has a little message at the bottom that says "type !bank to access your bank" i dont know if thats an issue or anything just pointing it out thanks

and i got another little thing, it's a bit laggy when you're playing many at the same time, maybe it should have been kept at 24 instead of 40

This is because the FIRE IN THE HOLE plug in was put on the server

Its not the box, its SourceMod, it is currently being worked on.

Well i like it when CTs are cool and just give us "Lagg Days" Which are free days due to the fact that it is hard to give orders cause it may lagg and we might miss something. But Fire In The Hole! was taken out for chat spam.
