I've been "Preparing to launch Team Fortress 2" for 10 minutes now :|

Servers are way overloaded, just keep canceling/clicking it til it starts updating, thats waht happened to me

WAHHHH STUPID WATER.PCF THINGY POOPED UP ON EVERY SERVER I TRIED TO PLAY ON.....
ok i'm done....this exact thing happened when the heavy was updated...WHY!!!!!!

I beleive its becasue not all of the servers are updated... I dont know if thats true, but its my guess.
