Postponed? Valve has never said any specific time for any update to be released. They are on Valve time, you get it when you get it. You didn't pay for it so just relax.

It did happen for the other updates.

You can't expect the servers to just work when a new update comes out.

Valve COULD release the server version 12 hours before the client updates. I despise people who tell me how to program, but I wonder how hard it would be for the server to update itself in the background, then kill itself and reboot the moment an update goes live?

Bah. It's all good. Everyone will forget their troubles getting into the game the first shot they make on the Force Ah Nature or hear a scout shout new things while pushing the cart, etc.

And have you guys seen the valve time chart on wikipedia? its very funny. it says how long real world time is compared to valves time.

Servers catching up didn't help me with this one. I had to reinstall.
