now my question is this:

if we get 16k is it always going to stay at 16k every round, or will the money dwindle down to nothing like it does with the banking system in place and pretty soon we have to wait 2-3 rounds before we can get a good gun again? if so with it dwindling down, i say give both....

I've gotten so use to servers that start you at 16K EVERY SPAWN!, not just at the start of the map cycle, because what happens then is you will start to see people going spec just for cash, next will be a server rule of no going spec for money, and more work for admins. This isn't a match where managing your money is part of the game, who wants to do that? not me. i just want to buy weapons, and be ready to shoot out of spawn.

i hate betting and banking. Exactly, and it gets you a bit more involved in the game, considering you have money on on a certain side.

Start with 16K.
I've played on servers that before that give you 16K at spawn and it really helps. It makes the game more fun, you don't want to spend every round trying to earn money and saving.. You want a fun experience, something 16K will bring.
