New Head Set

I'd really go with the razer series if I was you, I've heard they're a lot better than the steelseries. The piranha is really nice, a buddy of mine had it, and I was going to buy it but it was out of my budget.
 
Ehhh.... I say skip Razer on this one. I've herd that those headphones are very, very uncomfortable . I say buy a set from Turtle Beach. Their pro model is very nice, and buying it helps support eGO!
 
:) I just bought the 4H, and its just great, then i guess the 5H is even better :)
 
I have the Steelsound 5H v2 and it's a decent headset. Not great but decent. Dono how it compares to the Razer one though.
 
lol ask JohnT how he likes them, he has a pair.
I would personally go with Turtle Beaches though, very comfortable for long hours of gaming (or whatever else).
 
i would steer clear of razer headsets i had the surround one and it was nice but they are very flimsy
 
I'm sure they put out a decent product however the Turtle Beach headphones are the way to go imo. They cover all the price points and the product is rock solid.

I have a 3 year old Turtle Beach set that's still goin strong but might get a new set simply cause i like the new designs.
 
i'm not going to lie. i don't even use a headset for gaming. i only use my headset to talk all the sounds go through my speakers. i never saw the point. my 20 dollar headset from best buy does perfectly fine.
