Help me with knifing

I feel like theirs something I'm missing. It usually takes me 4 to 5 hits to kill someone with a knife, but at the same time ive been killed from behind at 100 health from one hit. In knife fights people always seem to do around 65 damage to me but I can never do the same. Is there some special place to aim or what?

Right click it does more damage. Also if you get a back hit its a one hit kill.

lol when I first started playing Counter-strike I didn't know there was a right click knife either. A right click is slower but it does 65 damage per hit and it's a one hit kill if you knife them in the back. Left click left click right click also works, a lot of people do that.

well sir, yes you need 2 right click it does do 65 dammage andback hits are also good, but knifes also take stelh and planning so you should have a set area where u know u can flank because if u dont geta 1 hit kill they are gonna shoot ur face off

Back stabbing = instant kill

Is backstabbing a one hit kill only for right click, cuz ive defintely knifed people from behind with left click and they haven't died.

Backstab kills are only for right click, I believe if you left click in the back it does 40 or 50 damage

If I someone comes around a corner and I hit them once or twice, I just flash twice and run out with a knife. Most of the time I don't do this because the entire team could be there, but it's useful if it's last 1 or 2 people.

omg... no wonder!! this will defenetly help me in jail!!! i always sneak up to the CT's. but i never kill them I did not know there was a right click, for the knife!! i will be way better next time! lol

Yay, I wasn't the only one who didn't know that I got totally whooped when we had that knife sunday, then Jesh told me this (I think it was Jesh anyway).
