Is it possible for my account or forum name to be changed?

Yes, it's possible by going here and requesting a new username.

However, I wouldn't recommend changing your name to that. I'm not sure about the other divisions, but in the TF2 division you aren't aloud to have ASCII characters in your name.

It is allowed as long as it doesn't show up in other characters on your Steam Account.

Just dont change your name in general....It makes it hard for us admins to find you so just leave it as Reku
