Hope not. God I hope not. If you were born with feelings and emotions I suggest you don't watch this anime series which can be found online fairly easily. Because it will destroy you. Destroy you in ways that make Hitler wince.

Your soul. Remember that? Gone. Obliterated. You'll be an empty vessel wandering the earth.

How do I know this?

Because I am one of these vessels now.

Two seasons of this anime...and yet...I wonder why I stuck around this long. Was it the pretty colors? Cute characters? Tasty looking food? Who knows. I don't.

*randomly stabs his leg with an ice pick*

Sure do miss feeling things.

So go watch this. Join my...our suffering. Our misery. Watch both seasons. Infact, go here for the first season. And here for the second season. (Episode 1 of season 2 is on the second page/older posts)

You won't see it coming. I promise.

There goes Jeebus, wishing wanton destruction on all his friends just because he wants someone to join in his suffering.

We love you too.

it sounds so bad why bother putting up links? nobody will click on them...

Heh, Cupcake gets me. He understands my satirical nature.

It's a good series...but it really plays with your heart. Hardly any "action" compared to other animes, but it still grips your attention firmly.

Tomoya Okazaki is a third year student labelled as a delinquent. Everything seems to be unchanging for his school life until he meets Nagisa, and Tomoya finds that his life is about to change. He starts to have dreams of a bleak world and meets a girl who has the ability to fuse junk together in order to create things, and doing so, creates a body out of junk for him. He is then reborn into this empty world and follows around the girl, the only two existences who are "alive."

Sounds amazing? Aha.

I like dystopias, and this certainly sounds like one, but I hate anime so I think I will pass.

Hahaha I'm not much of an anime nerd myself, sort of but not all the way, but the story in this was too enchanting to pass up.

Too each his own I suppose, heh.

You do realize that the end of Code Geass R2 had Lelouch still alive. Right? He was the one driving the horse carriage.

Yup. My gf and I watched it a few times. And since she's more immersed in JP culture than I am, she said that the way people look up when they talk is either to pay respect to the dead or to address the person they are talking too.

I lul'd that he'd gotten the immortality.

Hahaha he won't. Always a step ahead of the game.

Why I always loved that anime. I loved his "I Win Button" when he faced his dad.

Shame his dad was unkillable at that point hahah.

i think that was around the time i dug my head underground and didnt know anything for a few years... i was walking around going "whats an Ipod" or "wheres Clinton and what is a George Bush?"

I can't say that I've ever seen Clannad, but I can probably guess that it is not NEARLY as bad as School Days. If you want one that leaves you going "kill me now" then go watch that one. You won't be disappointed....or maybe you will, depends on which character you side with.

Ohhh I already have. Both seasons. Awesome amazing anime.

Still so sad tho...lol.
And I whole heartedly disagree with you on this. The first season was awesome, yes, HOWEVER, the second season sucked so much and was crap compared to the first season. They really dropped the ball on that one.

I actually sat through the entire box dvd of Neo Gensis Evangalion. In one day. Just plowed right through it. I wanted to go end my life after that damn anime. So depressing.

And why did you feel the 2nd season was crap? I thought it was great. I loved how he was able to even sully the white knight that "Spinzaku" had been built up to be.
