People ask me all the time: What is hacking like? How can I tell from spectating?... Well, I have never actually seen what a hacker sees so, I did a search on You Tube. These links are people making movies of their game with hacks on! So, you can see what they see. These people are proud of their hacks.

This next guy is not hacking, but the players are accusing him NON-STOP. After 2 minutes (of the video), someone who is spectating starts explaining to the players that he is not hacking and is a good player.

Interesting stuff. I don't get why anyone would want to play with hacks on though. Why would it be any fun? It just blows my mind when the point is to have fun and see what you can do why anyone would just want their computer to auto-target everyone. Wouldn't that be insanely boring? Thanks for the thread.
 
People with flawed character.........Human nature!! Pathetic chumps whom lock themselves in little dark rooms and giggle that others are "so stupid" not having cheats. They think: "Everyone gets what they deserve....they could download cheats too."
 
Just thought of something.....It would be an awesome admin tool to be able to capture a screen shot of any players display. It would involve intercepting the signal from the video card. One of you techies (aka: geniuses) should be able to figure this out......I lay down the gauntlet at your feet!!!!!!!!!!:D
 
One hack which is hard to detect is when their video card is tweeked to see through walls so they know where all the players are.
I loathe hackers but at the end of the day all us non hackers are better players and better people.

As long as there have been games of chance or skill, there have been cheaters. It's inevitable. All we can do is try and spot the script kiddies and hope the really clever hackers find other venues to exploit.
 
how does the little box popup on each names??? and umm. is the dark persons runnin around hacks that come with the program. is completly lame. cheats are for people with no skill trying to prove to everyone that they suck.
i have default skins :)
 
lol...hackers need to get some skills. That guy in the last video couldn't hit a llama from three feet away with a sniper rifle...no wonder he got hacks. I have a seen a pretty good hack though...but it involved materializing helicopters and tanks in cs 1.6, none of your standard aim-bot wallhack fare.
 
I think people only hack because of their lack of commitment to playing the game. These are just games! Whats the point of hacking? It just ruins other people gaming and you get nothing in return! The point of a "game" s towork for the stuff you get, not get it right away by hacking or cheating.

I just find it all very confusing. It's not like you get anything out of it. "Ohh now I killed many people in a video game (by cheating), none of whom will never see me in real life. And I got nothing out of it, yeah I'm cool now!"
 
you get the cold satisfaction of knowing you have the power to download a potentially trojan laden file off a website you found on google.

Disgusting and inexcusable behavior. The candle that burns twice as bright burns half as long, there are no short cuts in gaming or for that matter in real life.

Take great comfort in the sheer size of the eGO gaming community in comparison to the cheating community, far outnumbered. Yes, they probably will never go away... but with so many eyes watching it discourages that behavior and restores a fun, level playing field.

Cheaters, there is a special place in hell for u.
