Reviewing History

Hello there eGO members
I was looking at the History and Structure section and admiring the ranking system and the communities general history.
Later on I had a look at the Maul system and I was facinated on how it was made and how it communicated through out all the servers.
I wanted to know who made this system because its marvelous.
I was speaking to Captain Kraken about it too.
He participated more on the listening side than replying
this thread can be used to talk about previous events and other things related to the history of eGO.

I think Kendel got the whole MAUL thing going. Don't know if it was him alone or if others had there hand in creating it as well. I could be wrong though.

Yea, i was just about to post it was them 2 but Dom is quicker than me But yea, they are awesome with this stuff. Without this it would be chaos, it is so much easier for the leaders to organise and manage admin.

I think that Dom should get some sort of trademark or something on it to be able to market it to other clans/etc at a nominal fee (similar to hlstatsx)... Own profit or eGO profit, either way, it'd be awesome.

i particularaly like the award system thingy.. i think it is a great way to motuvate members to be active in the community and on servers

Its the special lil things that make eGO that much more impressive.
