Background Sound when ALT Tabbed?

[R. Kitten]

Hey all,
I would like to get background sound in source games when alt tabbed. I use windowed mode and frequently [google] switch windows. I would like to hear orders, etc. when i'm alt tabbed and when game starts.
Anyone know how?
Any of our games (CS:S etc) will do with the exception of Call of Duty.

Doesn't happen in CSS with me but it does in DODS.
Some games it is because it is in windowed mode but I don't think thats your problem. But check anyways.
