i have noticed more and more lately people yelling at others on our servers because of the betting system. They bet one way, and if it doesn't go their way, they yell at the person that failed them... I didn't pay much attention to it in the past but tonight it even got to me on the high school server when someone who will remain nameless decided to try out the server for the first time ever, plus the first time they had ever played a bomb planting map, and lost a round cause they didn't know they had the bomb until the last second, and lost the round, and had 3-5 people on my terrorist team yelling at them saying they owe them 5k and calling names and all that kind of stuff.
It was so bad that it turned that person off of the high school server and they went back to just doing office again. I know it upset me alot when this happened because they even explained and I explained once i got on the server that it was their first time and to bare with us. I even had to leave after they did because I couldn't believe that our friendly server had gotten so bad at that point and time.
I know some of us give friendly jabs at each other, and that's not what i am talking about because we all know we joke around with each other and it's family fun, it's when the idiots yell and cuss and tell people they owe them money etc for them losing it betting, when all they have to do is join spec and go back to the same team, just got to me tonight, and wondering if any of yall are having similar experiences since the betting system got into place.
I just dont want our servers to turn into something where people dont like to play them anymore cause people are arguing about stupid bets, or turn them off completely on CSS because they are tired of hearing people yell at them in voice and in chat.
What are your thoughts on this type of stuff?
