The least funny comedy you've ever seen?

Obviously, the point of a comedy film is to make us laugh. However, everyone's taste in humour varies, but even then there are comedies that just fail to make us laugh. So, what was the comedy movie you've seen that just had no laughs or joy to it?

For me, it's a tie between Napoleon Dynamite and SemiPro. SemiPro probably wins out because Napoleon Dynamite had one or two chuckles for me, and it also had no name to live up to. The only reason I say SemiPro had a "name to live up to" was because I absolutely love Will Ferrel, even some of his worst, but SemiPro is by far the worst of his worst. I can't think of a single scene I laughed.

I know that the "*Insert genre here* movie" series is going to make a lot of appearances here, but I can safely say I can't list them because the only ones I've seen were the first 3 Scary Movies, and while 2 and 3 sucked, 1 was funny and the other two still had SOME moments...

Yeah, the whatever gimmick movie series is horrible. Just horrible. I'd have to go with your other movie mentioned in the first post, Napoleon Dynamite. It's just not funny. I don't understand why people loved it so much. I'm sure there are some other stinkers that will come to mind, but off the bat, yeah, Napoleon Dynamite just wasn't funny.

I watched the comedy central roast of Bob Saget last night. It was vulgar and despicable. If that's what a roast is now then count me out. These "comedians" do nothing more than shock value vulgar word one liners. That's not comedy.

Oops, I'm sorry I almost forgot.

There are two TV shows that tie for THE WORST comedy I've ever seen:

1) Jimmy Fallon's new late night show. (more like Jimmy FAILlon)
2) Collin Quinn's show from a long time ago.

If some of the new Will Smith movies are supposed to have comic aspects... those win my votes.

I enjoyed his TV series and his earlier films, and even some of his more serious, action type films, but his newer ones are dissappointing. Don't rent or buy Hancock because it is what I'm basing this comment off of.

Well I would say SNL, T.V show of course but it's a show that people seem to find "Hilariously funny", I seriously find no humor in that show. It's just plain horrible, lame, boring and makes no sense at all, the only time I thought that was funny is when Chris Farley was in it.

I haven't seen any bad comedy movies. Unless you can count Wall-E as a comedy, which I fairly believe it wasn't because it was not funny at all.

The only Comedy Central Roast I thought was funny was William Shatner's. The rest were just pure shock value. I saw the ads for the Bob Saget ones and I didn't even want to try it.

Lisa Lampenelli is HORRID. All she ever does on her shows is call people in the audience gay and go on disgusting rants. I just don't see the humor there at all, and I can find a lot of things funny.

The least funny comedies I have ever seen are any of the new Hollywood flash films that take about a week to film (which is basically any of those themed films people were talking about before).

I'm watchin that now..this isn't the least funny but it sure get's up there. Yea all they do is throw one liners at Bob Saget and then he looks around and laughs. (Ugh they are doing this to Larry the Cable Guy Tomorrow) The Worst comedian+the worst show=Horrible.

But Meet the Spartans and Epic Movie and all those are complete and utter garbage.
