There are still a couple of rats servers running around in source. My brother used to play them religiously, but now he doesn't.

oh my god finally im not the only person who knows what 1.6 is haha i guess im the only one who has been playing cs that long ? XD nah kidding but it feels good to know that u guys know what 1.6 is aswell
Haha, a lot of us know what 1.6 are, but I haven't played for that long. I just got it after I got Source to see what it was like. I couldn't control my recoil in that game too well :\

ya i gotta keep an eye out for those events! it will be fun.
loved 1.6, played that since hl1 came out and it was a mod... the rat maps were fun, i used to have them running on my servers back then. god that was a long time ago.... good times... good times... only got into this game about 4 months ago after years and years without playing any hl games, it was nice that everything was pretty much just like 1.6, brought back alot of fond memories for me.

u can still find them just filter rat maps also just boot up 1.6 nothing like some good 1.6 or cs cz to bring back great memmories

heheh forreal! i love rat maps toos! =) to bad we dont got a 1.6 server hahah...if we did we can have own own rat maps on our server! heheh ^_^
