Check your drivers of Chipset, Gfx card...did you change anything recently hardware or software...was it not doing this before? Perhaps if Vista or XP do a system restore...More information will help if you can provide it, PB is a pain more then it isn't.

If you were talking to the author, you would know it was undetected on Vista 64 bit systems. Or just read LSy's main post.

what AV do you use? When I played BF2, AVG would make PB kick me. Maybe your AV is interfering with it.

good now its fixed. i had a buddy get that error, all he did was disabled his Antivirus and he was good to go, so i hope yours is good, possibly try reinstalling cod4 completly that usually fixes problem also.

A Couple of things....Drivers, update all of your drivers. You're antivirus needs to be up-to-date and it allows PB and The game's .exe file. Update Punkbuster. Well if that doesnt help lemme know i can tell you how to reinstall it properly...to help avoid fixes.
