well i used to play with skins - and my fav...hrm...i dunno they were all pretty great, my 5-7 skin was awesome tho. but i deleted them all just because i lost frames due to them, plus i couldn't get used to the new sounds.
sounds are a big part of the game, knowing what gun is firing where and all that jazz.
tho i do still use a bloody decal skin, muaha its great

When i used skins it was my Deagle that looked like the James Bond Golden Gun, then my elites were skinned with Red, Gold, and Black

i like my M4 skin it is like a tactical/rugged skin for the m4

all my skins are from fpsbanana, they have a great selection.

Heh I used to have my Autoshotty skinned as the silenced shotgun from No Country for Old Men.
Didn't look that great (looked like a TF2 shotgun with a can on the front) but it had the same exact sound from the movie, completely did it for me.

That or if you like certain guns like I have an MP40 skin replacing my MP5 and an MP5k as my TMP.
