CS:S LAG and rate and more I need A LOT OF HELP

I been lagging like crazy. I done everything on this forums I went to everywhere and found everything useless. So please help me here.

My brother who is this clan plays same game and like he don't lag but I do. I can't play on the same server he is on is there a way to fix this!

is it due to your computer/connection?
also, the servers have a known issue of lagging recently. i don't really wanna bring it up, but well...theres nothing you can do to stop it, maybe its just your turn to lag.
do you have the same lag issues in any other servers?

What graphics card are you using?

Whatever it is try going to the producers site, and see if any driver updates are available

there is a difference between connection lag and graphics lag....is it just that your FPS (frames per second) are low?? or are you actually lagging...as in a delay in game play during/beginning rounds etc
