ok i have ATT and today my phone stopped working so i went and got a new one and set up a new plan and all. the phone worked for like 2 hours then stopped, like i couldnt make or recieve calls, and the same thing happened with the phone i thought that broke earlier. anyone else having this problem?

Hmm... I'm no fancy ATT engineer, but it looks like it's their fault to me. At any rate, you have my condolences. Try Sprint next time.

alltel buddy get the blackberry curve, btw AT&T sucks with customer server from what i have delt with., and verizon&alltel and combining so it be 1 big awsome company .

but with your phone contact at&t and ask for a XBM= exchange by mail. you will get a new phone in the mail in about 3 days.

Okay well just to let you know, their customer service can be very good. also, it is probably not your phone. ATT have sim cards. Answer me this. Did you get a new sim card with the plan?
