I got some good tips here and they helped me out. When I want to get better at playing a class, I go on toy Youtube, watch some videos (some of them are actually good/helpful), and then try them out in-game.

That map ack put up on the first page is also great for demomen to practice on. I know it's improved my game a lot.

Simply put, always have a full clip of rockets, be prepared to fire those rockets, and be aware of spies and pyros.

Three rockets at the ground takes out >200HP if you aim close enough. Heavies can be trouble so be prepared to get away while firing. The best trick a soldier can have, though, is prediction. If you can guess where an enemy is going to be, fire a rocket there, and if you perfect this trick, you will be a much better soldier.

I have also found that rocket jumps help. They give you the right trajectory for aiming at the enemy (easier to hit the ground next to where they are), and rocket jumps are a good way of getting around.

Well, i have been practicing all tips..

Trying to predict where people go and being one step ahead
of them is getting easyer.

but the rocketjump part is tricky.. i tried the low and high jump
... untill now it didn't work for me

But i won't give up..
