I probably wouldn't have learned of that song or the band at all if Chelly, my biological mother, hadn't put in a Jefferson Airplane tape in the car. I also probably wouldn't have learned of Pink Floyd either, who are my favourite band of all time. In fact, I think the first album I ever heard was Dark side of the Moon.
