in this scrim are people aloud from other divisons to play in it cause ive seen some other eG's from like tf2 saying they cant wait to get in on it and i wasnt sure if it only people from ins and css could play because itll be imppossible to get in almost if anyone could play so i was just wondering so if anyone can get back to me on that thatd be great
