Converting pdn file help

I made a new Sig with Paint.Net and it converted it from a jpeg to a pdn file and i can't upload it to Photobucket.:facewall: Can anyone tell me how to convert it back to a jpeg or gif or anything that will work with Photobucket.
Any help would be great THANKS

open up your pdn sig, then go save as and select jpeg as the format. simple
