I'm kind of a noob with the RPG, but tonight I got this in 2 shots. Did I do ok?

Sorry SoulRipper, I didn't get any screenies. This was on Dust2. I'm trying to remember exactly. I am pretty sure the first shot was from the INS spawn into the B tunnels. Then I jumped down and ran over to C. The second shot was from that cubby above C shooting across to the tunnels down the stairs from where the Marines come up out of spawn via the ladder.

I then proceeded to take a bullet to the head from a guy coming out from those stairs.

I would never fire the RPG INTO spawn. My only ban on the dust 2 server was for a guy doing that. I won't even fire the RPG past B towards spawn, except specifically into those sniper towers. I may blow you to bits. But I will be considerate about it.

Oh yeah that is nice Golden, I love when I get those kind of shots with the RPG just makes you feel all warm and tingly inside...

I HATE, EFFIN HATE the RPG. I'm going to say it, it takes almost no skill. My friend played Ins for the first time the other day. His second RPG shot killed 7 and by the end of the almaden map, he had 55kills ... HIS FIRST TIME PLAYING THE GAME. So yea, it may be a lil harsh but the RPG is the equivelant to the noob-cannon. If you want bragging rights, go with the m203 then give me a jingle.

Okay that is true, but to a point... I mean you can be good with an RPG but then you can be DAMN good! I used to just fire aimlessly whenever I saw an enemy but now I use it tactically... like an artist painting the world with red... making precise hits in the smallest of places... I kinda forgot where I was going with this so I'm going to stop....
**I do agree though that the 203 requires more thinking. :thumbup::blink::thumbup:

+1 I only go RPG when I'm seriously pistoling people. The extra three clips of pistol ammo has saved my skin a few times now. And being one who practices the M203 and uses it effectively (ie spam the hell out of it from a weapon cache) I can agree. The best is you can fire the M203 prone and behind cover. So that silly RPG has to stand up and suck up all those bullets but I never get seen.

Careful the rpg can be dangerous! It is great for killing in mass but sadly that also applies to your team!
