Cod4 cd-key help

I got a cd-key from someone on here in exchange for l4d and it worked for a while, mby a couple weeks but now it says someone else is using it, after ive been using it, can the person who gave it to me start using it and stop me from doing so?

If you bought it from him, and he saved the CD-Key, he can still use it, and stop you from using it.

yes if you use it can that person you have buyed that from cant not play but if he play and you going to play you cant not do this.

i dont think he can do that becasue it is now licensed to your computer unless he still has it or something happened like the cd was deactivated becasue 2 people are using it but i dont think that can happen

Very weird i just buy a new COD4 if it keeps happening.

Also do you know who you got it from on here, And if so pm them and ask them if they are using it.

If someone in eGO has done that, it would be in voliltion of gardengroves rules on tradeing.

If it says the cd key is already in use then I'd suggest you report to Council of the person you traded with or talk with them first and see if they have anything to say about it.

A CD Key doesn't get binded/liceansed to your computer as long as some else has your cd-key they can use it on computer, which will stop you from using it:cursing:

You probably shouldnt have traded D:

Whomever you traded with obvoiusly has the CD-Key written down and registared.
Everytime he gets on he throws you off, Vice Versa.
Best if you report it, Buy your on retail CoD4.
