how is it an insult? my girl calls me that all the time...if that was an insult...she'd be insulting me everyday and i wouldnt know it :D...no its not an insult...if its a guy...umm..you know what i mean lol jkjk
 
Definitely a compliment, I call people cutie all the time ! Its an endearing way to address someone !

I get called a girl by little kids because of the name angeal, The think Angel so they think it's a girls name right off the bat when it's angeal and hes a guy, Ha..

i dont think insult is the right word. I've seen cute chicks walking around in hollywood and some guy will roll down his window and say hey hottie or something a little more vulgar and thats not really an insult but its very uncomforting I would assume. :glare:
 
Neither, just means your getting OLD so they talk to you nice to hide the fact you are VERY VERY OLD :P
 
Last time i checked, being called a cutie is a good thing.

Just feel special whenever your called a cutie. Unless its from a creepy old guy.

well not an insult but not as good as some others. Like o ur so nice ur so sweet is not as good as wow ur hot stuff baby*drool* lol
