Need help my lag

ok so for the last day or so i have getting this very bad lag only on the ego severs but the prison break sever is so bad i get disconnected it says like buffer is orverflown i have no idae i need the help because it is killing me i think i fixed my rates but still is bad if anyone can help plz help i would deeply apreseate it i have tryed to uninstal couterstrike still nope

I think the Jail server problem is more of a Source Mod problem twisted in with your own. So I wouldn't expect much from the Jail server.

NO NO. This happened to me and i got so MAD. Until i figured it out. in the tech help section, there are recommended settings. USE THEM. PUT THEM IN CONSOLE. trust me. it works. if it doesnt. disabling voice works too

You talkin about like on the Dust server, before and after a round? My game like freezes and i miss the first 10 seconds (CRUCIAL duh). Only on dust server though.
