Guys i have noticed a few big decrease of people on the TF2 ventrilo section.

Not sure if it just happens to be my timing but its there for a reason. Lets fill that up!

for me, i don't use it. two reasons
1) two voice streams confuses me (i'm old, and medicated)
2) i don't see the point, considering we play steam games, that has a perfectly good chat system built into it.

i understand and appreciate having as many options as necessary to get ahold of people. and everyone has their preference, just stating mine.

Yeah, I tried vent while playing the other day... it gave me a headache.

Also, that's one more button I need to remember while playing. Using W+M1 is hard enough. I don't hit the E key as often anymore, so I am improving.

Pro Tip: Move mic to "e" (v is just to far away when constantly w+m1, and move medic to Q

But Q is weapon switch. You should bind mic to a thumb mouse button so you can talk and kill at the same time.

my mic is bound to m1, so people can hear me laugh as i BURNINATE

there is no thumb button on my Dell Ball Mouse...
and who needs weapon switch, every class only has like 3 weapons (a few exceptions), you got wheel scroll, and the number keys are right by your w

Sometimes you gotta switch while running. As soon as a spawn I hit 3 and 1 so I have my melee on quickswitch. I'd use scrolling if it was harder to scroll past the weapon I want...

i can w + 1, 2, 3 so its no problem
