I don't think that it is appropriate to pick a leader over another because this provokes the person who has the less votes on his side to think that he is terrible in whatever field was posted on the thread, even though it is not true and far from it,

FACT : these two men are excellent leaders and host great and fun events so I think everyone should have voted for both, or not voted at all.
