How do I get into the CSS Division?

How do I get into the CSS Division?
I put in the Application for this division, But why am I not in it?

If you mean why do i not see the CS:S tag under my =(e)= tag under my name then you need to add that by going to "My Account" then once there on the right click the thing that says "Edit your Details" and once there scroll down the page and a small page saying additional info and on the top of that it should say "Division Tag" click that and you should see CS:S and then click save changes and your done. Notify me if im wrong or that wasnt what you are talking about
