that is frekaen hot for a laptop
i think that you should clean out the dust from your laptop and check if your laptop has vents and not just trapping the air inside or check if that program is good casue it might be wrong
casue laptops with a cpu and gpu like that cant go past like 27 or 28 degrees C

But the GPU is sunning at ~104*C... That kind of heat will definitely shorten the lifespan of the computer.

Woah, that is hot. Still, even 100*c won't kill it...but that's gotta burn...

I'd see what's wrong...fan spinning too slow/dead?

I am not sure how old the laptop is but you may check to see if the Heatsink is clogged. Would also suggest not to use laptops in your lap as silly as it sounds. Clothing tends to block fan intakes.

open it and clean it with a can o' air. sounds silly but it worked for me.

cant open it, fans are perfect no dust, ive seen it go to 111.1(repeating)

This post gets my seal of lol approval. Shame I haven't actually designed the seal yet.

And if nothing else, although it may not help the laptop, put a hardcover book or something on your lap to block some heat. Better yet, find some way to lift the laptop off the book to get some air under it as well as above it (before I got my desktop, I had my laptop on my desk with a lego block under each corner!) it won't be as good as a specially designed cooling station, but it's good if you want a free temporary solution, and will at least keep you comfortable even if the laptop isn't.

Also do NOT use a can of air on your laptop. Use a vacuum. You can damage the laptop more by pushing the debris inside your case from the blowing air. Suck it out instead with a vacuum...

Not sure what it is like on Laptops, but I hear not to vacuum your desktop. You might suck up fragile pieces of the motherboard if you're not careful.

I think he was talking about from the outside of the laptop. If you take the laptop apart it is better to use a can of air.

I still use a vacuum on desktops sometimes, just very carefully. The vacuum I use wouldn't suck anything off the mobo - not strong enough. That would be one very powerful vacuum!
