Download CoreTemp. That "should" give you the right readings...that's what I use.

My laptop runs around the same, and over the last 3 years has sustained massive breakage, but it refuses to die =). Your cpu and things are acceptable, that program is designed for PC's which are meant to run much much cooler. The gpu is still with in acceptable limits 110C is the max for that gpu.

I'ld suggest you invest in a laptop cooler though.

His second screen-shot showed his core running at -44*F which is about the same in *C. I'd give core temp a try.
