Ventrilo Problem!

Hey folks.

When i try to talk in ventrilo in-game (Cod Waw so far) it dosent want to record my voice to the other ppl in the group, that is when i got it on push to talk.
If i don't got it on push to talk, but with the sensetivity it works. But the whole sensetivity thingy is :chair:

Please help!
 
Is "Use Direct Input to detect Hotkey" enabled? Try it with that checked and unchecked.
 
i know the problem now but i can't fix it. It dosent work because the ventrilo isnt "active" when im in game you know. ehm how can i explain it better. when im out of the game the ptt works again just fine and when i do other stuff but to play cod waw...
Its works fine on Modern Warefare tho

ah, i see what you mean.. the only thing i can think of is that you're running the game in window mode, and that's why the overlay isn't working as it should.. if it's not that, then your Vent needs re-installing!

well, i can't think of any other way to solve the problem, cause it's obviously a fault in Vent's coding, since normally it should detect your hotkey when in-game
 
If you're using vista you need to run Ventrilo in administrator mode to detect hotkey inputs when it's not the focus window. Otherwise it won't. :O
