Well, I finished putting together my new rig. Currently formatting my massive drive so I thought I'd take some pics and show it off

Ya chaos, I just picked up an extension for that cable so now i'll be able to route it neatly around the mobo.

As for the memory fan, I'm not sure how effective it is, but is does seem to push quite a bit of air.

Haven't OC'd anything yet, but I will. Gonna wait to get an aftermarket cooler before start OCing the CPU.

Really nice build. Def get an aftermarket cooler and OC. Check out the Vigor Monsoon. Make sure wires don't interfere with airflow.

This compy is rocking, so far it runs every game I've thrown at it on maximum settings with no lag(was getting a solid 75-85 fps on Farcry 2 at 1680x1050).

You know the HD 4890 is just a OC'ed HD 4870?
And some cable management would be nice.

The best cooler is the Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer, really the heatpipes directly touch the CPU.

Actually, it's not. The 4890 has an extra 2 million (or was it billion? I think it's million) transistors packed into the core.

And the TRUE still beats the Core Contact coolers, which is odd. One would think that direct heatpipe contact would be best, but the TRUE still wins in ever review that I've ever seen.
