Concil Commands?

Hello everyone! I am looking for some commands to help my fps in tf2... the only once i have are the once for rate: rate 20000/ cl_update30/ and cl_cmdrate 66...Now i dont know if there has been a post about this before but if u can get me a link that would be great! anyways i only get 9 - 18 fps. witch is just horrible. lol so any help will be appreciated

Sorry, but those commands don't do anything for your FPS. Those commands are just to adjust to the servers tick rate. For the fps problem, try lowering your settings.

If it gets really bad, try going on steam going to TF2 right click it go to properties then launch options, type -dxlevel 81 if thats still laggy try -dxlevel 80. This will make your game look pretty bad but it will help your performance.

This game is very CPU intensive so that might be your problem.

i would figure if your computer could handle CoD4 it should handle TF2, guess not.

Just save it as mytweaks.cfg and move it into your C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\<accountname>\Team Fortress 2\tf\cfg\ folder, and add exec mytweaks.cfg into your autoexec.cfg and save it.
