in fact, most video drivers and sound drivers i have needed lately have their own section for windows 7, so you will be fine. I would suggest you keep a seperate partition or drive with vista on it so if you have an emergency you are not left out in the wind.
try removing it and reinstalling. if that doesn't work just uninstall it and install the basic drivers for your card. it's not necessary at all and i find it takes up more system resources than it's worth.
