I am not 100% sure. From what I read in the guidelines when you join it seems it is frowned upon when you want to change your name. If you have your "G" or "GO" they take that from you but since you are an "e" there may be no problem. I believe they just want to keep people from changing their names everyday. So pick a good one...oh and get confirmation from an "eGO" first.

yea i was going to change my name then i got promoted. about 5 minutes before i was going to change my name to dylan because it was a lot easier to pronounce i got promoted and didnt feel like starting over

though its not frowned upon, you do need to remember that people will identify with you the name the first saw you as. That means that you should try to find a name that you like and stick with it. I'm not saying you can't/shouldn't change your name. but suggest you try to keep from doing it.
Example: I have been Rellik since 1992
